Pack & Send New Zealand opened its first service centre in August 2008. The master license is operated by BF MARO Investments Limited. Its Managing Director is Matthew Everest.

Service centre franchises are available throughout New Zealand. Franchisees receive comprehensive training and support from the local master licensee.
