There are no weight, size, value restrictions and most goods accepted (packed and unpacked).

If you need to enquire about the delivery status of a booked consignment, please call, email or visit the Service Centre where you made your booking.
- Online Self-Service bookings, quotes, enquiries & changes

Online Self-Service does not accept phone bookings. Economical Online Self-Service prices for pre-packed parcels are only available through the DIY online option.
If you have a packed parcel that meets our weight, size, value and goods restrictions - then you can choose to use our automated Online Self-Service system - where you can conveniently get a quote, book and pay online for your parcel delivery.

To enquire about the delivery status, or to cancel or change an online booking after it has been confirmed and paid - please contact the PACK & SEND Service Centre whose details appear on the Tax Invoice that was emailed to you at the time of your online booking. The Service Centre will be able to confirm if they are able to amend or cancel a booking.
Please note that surcharges may apply for any changes or cancellations to an online booking.

- Online Self-Service Booking - warranty claim

If you booked your consignment through the Online Self-Service system then please Submit your claim form online.
When submitting your claim form online you will need to attach some supporting documentation. For example, a copy of your Tax Invoice and photo evidence of damaged goods.
Please ensure you submit you claim online within 7 days of the date that the cause of action gave rise to the claim.

Depending on the value of the goods we may require an assessment by our own investigators prior to acceptance of any claim. You must ensure that damaged freight or packaging is not repaired or disposed of until you have received advice to do so by PACK & SEND.

If you have misplaced your Tax Invoice then, please contact the Service Centre with the closest proximity to the sender (for domestic and export deliveries) or the closest Service Centre to the recipient (for import deliveries). You can identify the closest Service Centre through our Service Centre search .
