Conditions of Deal

• Special pricing applies to excess baggage and personal effects only.
• Goods can be sent ONLY in the specified PACK & SEND boxes
  • Up to 10kg in Crystal Carton (43cm x 33cm x 37cm)
  • Up to 20kg in Medium Carton (57cm x 42cm x 32cm)
  • Up to 30kg in Removalist Carton (43cm x 44cm x 64cm)
• If the 10kg and 20kg weights are exceeded, the price will be based on the next highest box size increment. Maximum weight for special pricing is 30kg.
• Goods must be neatly and safely packed into these boxes so there are no bulges in the box.
• Boxes and/or suitcases must be dropped off by the customer at a PACK & SEND Service Centre, and the promotional code AIRBOX advised to receive the deal. Pickup is available for an additional charge.
• Where they are applicable, customs duties, taxes and government charges are not included in the Air Box Special pricing.
• Pricing for other destinations is available from PACK & SEND Service Centres.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
• There are certain goods that cannot be sent with the AIRBOX deal. Some of these things are obvious (such as animals, illegal substances, guns, explosives for instance). But there are also less obvious items that we can't transport including perfume (classified as a Dangerous Good for air transport) and valuable jewellery. Please ask your nearest Service Centre for what goods are prohibited via air transport.
