Service Centre:

We strongly recommend you phone or visit your nearest Service Centre as depending on your destination they may be able to help you with an urgent delivery by the 24th December.

Online Self-Service:

SENDING PARCELS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Road Express services booked via our Online Self-Service system on Friday 19th, Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st December may arrive on the 24th December if it is a capital city to capital city delivery (excluding the following capital cities: Hobart, Perth and Darwin). Please note that due to increased volume and carrier backlogs we cannot guarantee delivery by the 24 December.

Priority Express services booked via our Online Self-Service system on Monday 22nd December may arrive on the 24th December if it is a capital city to capital city delivery only. Please note that due to increased volume and carrier backlogs we cannot guarantee delivery by the 24 December.

SENDING PARCELS OVERSEAS

We cannot guarantee delivery of parcels on or before the 24 December to international destinations, that are booked via our Online Self-Service system from Friday 19th December.
