If you have a packed item that doesn't need the full personalised service you get in a Service Centre, you may find it suitable for our automated Online Self-Service system. This is a DIY option where you manage the process rather than have it done for you. Of course if you are happy to do that, you'll pay even less.
You choose the value that's best for you - either we pick-up from your door or you can drop-off your eBay goods at our nearest Service Centre. Our convenient Drop-Off service means you don't have to wait at home for the courier driver to arrive.

Our Hold for Collection service means we deliver to the nearest PACK & SEND Service Centre - where your recipient can collect the parcel at a time that suits them. This service leaves buyers with more confidence having seen the item and its condition. The packaging and delivery cost of this service can be borne by the seller or the potential buyer.
