PACK & SEND's Return Solutions enables companies to direct their customers and employees to any one of our 100+ Service Centres for the convenient return of items or products to them.

Companies have the option to have the customer or employee pay for the service at the time of lodging the goods at the Service Centre or to have all delivery charges invoiced to them on a weekly basis.

Our Service Centres are operated by experienced, highly trained experts in packaging and freight services. We understand how to professionally prepare goods for the rigors of transportation - particularly fragile goods such as electronics. We will also work with you to develop a Returns solution that meets the needs of your organisation.
